He is an accomplished executive coach (ICF PCC), supervisor, conflict negotiator and mediator, and has conducted numerous crisis and exercise programmes for clients across industries.
Among his past several positions, Benjamin Sylvand was director of digital pedagogy at Sciences Po Paris, and L&T director at Castorama France Kingfisher, as well as senior consultant with a Paris-based crisis management firm.
Fluent in French and English, Benjamin Sylvand holds a PhD in Philosophy (Sorbonne University, France), Post-Doc at Oxford University and an MBA in communication (Sorbonne University, France. He is also certified in complex negotiations (ADN, France) and professional mediation (CAP’M, France).
